By accessing and using https://thecryptoboutique.ca (the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

• Hardware Wallet Sales: All hardware wallet sales are final. However, orders can be canceled before their shipping status has changed.

• Order Tampering: We cannot be held liable for tampered orders once they have been shipped, as we cannot monitor the actions of shippers. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of your order by shipping hardware wallets in tamper-proof bags with serial codes that can be verified on our website.

• Final Sale Items: Undergarments, underwear, and seed backup devices are final sale due to hygiene and security concerns and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Processing Time: Orders are shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed after 10 AM on Fridays may be shipped out on the following Monday.

• Shipping Damages: We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Once the package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

• Information Collection: If you use our BTM services, additional personal information may be collected to comply with regulatory requirements.

• User Responsibility: You understand that making an error in your wallet address, or sending to a wrong address, is your responsibility. Providing false or misleading information may result in the immediate termination of services.

• Service Availability: BTM services are available across 11 locations in Regina and southern Saskatchewan.

• Transaction Limits: Specific transaction limits and fees apply and are subject to change without notice.

• Non-Returnable Items: Hardware wallets, undergarments, underwear, and seed backup devices are final sale.

• Refund Process: For eligible returns, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Crypto Boutique and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

• No Liability for Shippers’ Actions: Once an order has been shipped, we are not liable for any tampering or damages caused by the shipping carrier.

• Tamper-Evident Measures: We will provide tamper-evident packaging to make it clear if an order has been tampered with.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly.​

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.​
